    Hi

Update seems to be available today for 1.9.14. I am on 1.9.10.
If you update, it seems to update and says its updated, but then says the same update is still available.
    Go figure! Bug?

    Howdy Rob!

Yes, this is a known issue that we are working through and it should be addressed within the next few days. For now, don’t worry about updating (if you do, it will still serve version 1.9.10 in the update, so it will say it’s updated briefly, then show the update is still needed).

If you need to update to version 1.9.14 now, you can grab the version here and manually update:

So many people have problems with this plugin since the start, are you going to release a reliable working version ? it’s not a good advertising for paid extensions when the free ones are not working…
    Thank you.

Thanks for your comments here, that’s a legitimate concern!

The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is developed and supported directly by Facebook itself. While we are working with Facebook on the issues that pop up, it is still a work in progress.

Products in the WooCommerce.com Marketplace are either developed by us (WooCommerce), or they will say who there are developed by. Here’s an example:

    Hi @robword,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
