However, if you want to use ours but you want also to use the product catalog sync of official integration, I could suggest you activate it and deactivate ours temporarily in order to sync the products in your catalog. Then deactivate it and activate ours again in order to use our features. Any problem shouldn’t occur in this way ??

Hi thanks for the reply, Iv tried that but The plugin doesnt work when the pixel is embedded In the website already. iv tried to unlink my pixel accounts but didn’t work either.

Iv tried the plugin on a different website with no Pixel and worked fine.
the problem is that there is no support for this plugin for some reason ??

Why doesn’t the plugin work when the pixel is embedded on the website already? What kind of error you have? have you a message? can you share some screenshot of what happens?

i will later on Im just not near the computer now haha. The plugin installs good but when im trying to continue the settings process i cant see the settings tabs and welcome screen of the installation

Have you tried to deactivate Pixel Caffeine and activate that other plugin? Is this the results in your admin?

And yes this is the results on my admin, I dont know why facebook doesnt have support for the plugin its such a shame ??

iv embedded the pixel using pixel caffeine plugin? Maybe IL remove it and start over

To remove you just simply deactivate the plugin, nothing else.

Well for now no luck with the plugin, but Il be glad if you could help me with this.
working hard to try and fix the issue Iv messed my original pixel and by accident made a couple more ad accounts with more pixeles, ( After creating the business manager account) the problem is you cant erase them so im stuck with them ?? . but the issue is that pixel caffeine can find my pixel on dashboard but facebook doesnt recognize it? it always asking to setup pixel, like wise facebook pixel helper

1.Why do you think this is happening iv tried to delete the plugin and reinstall but didnt work.
2.one more thing, i coudnt understanding till now if pixel caffeine inserts the costume conversion to a specific page like Facebook recommend or I need to do that manually

1. It shouldn’t happen anything with delete and reinstall
2. The custom conversion created by the admin are decided by you when you create that custom event, or by click link event, or url visit or css element click. Instead, for the custom conversions of woocommerce, they are fired automatically in the specific pages.
