Can you please try to use a different browser and check if the issue persists?

If it’s working on a different browser, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache (the affected one). Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the loading of new data.

If it did not help, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, then try to connect again. If it’s working, it’s likely a plugin/theme conflict. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.
