The Facebook for WooCommerce has moved to Marketing > Facebook

As for the sync problem, occasionally, deleting or resetting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again is the way to fix issues like this. This requires a code snippet, which you can read more about here.

You may also want to make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin and have your PHP memory_limit increased to at 128MB.

We generally recommend a limit of at least 512MB to ensure that everything is covered, though extreme situations could demand more. **You can read more about how to do this here**:
