Facebook Feed Problem

Hi, can you let me know what category products are you trying to generate feed for?

Also, do you have variable products there in your WooCommerce store?

The category is under sport and rugby equipment for every product.

Yes we do have variable products which is clothing with different sizes.

Hi @alithegreat89 , as per the report, there are a few issues there.

Let me guide you with it.

1. First, in your settings, do not include variable parent products as Facebook asks to submit the variants only. So keep the option”Include Variable Parent Product” as No. (see image)

2. Second, you can see it says some of your products have descriptions that are too short (see image). So you have to edit those products in your WooCommerce store add a description to those products that are larger than 30 characters.

3. Some of your variable products are under the category Apparels & Accessories, and it is necessary to submit attributes for their Color, Age group, Gender, and Material.

So do you have these values assigned to your products in WooCommerce by any custom fields or product attributes? Let me know.
