Facebook Feed Options page is blank (no options showing)

It appears that you are running an an old version of Feed Them Social. Please update it to the newest version Feed Them Social (currently 2.8.5). You can do this from the “Plugins” tab under your WordPress Dashboard.

After updating the plugin, you will need to reqcquire a new access token, generate a new shortcode, replace the old shortcode and, after you update/publish, you may also need to clear the FTS cache for the changes to take effect (Feed Them > Settings > Global Options > Clear All FTS Cache).

This should hopefully resolve your issues. Let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately I have followed the steps you have provided but I still have exactly the same issue: The Facebook Options page (page=fts-facebook-feed-styles-submenu-page) is still blank.

Are the fields empty/blank? Is it not returning anything from the prompts? Could you provide a screenshot(s) to the problem?

You will need to check error.log file on root of server to find out the error or set wp_debug to true in the wp-config.php on the root of server too, that should also show the error on the page.

Please copy/paste or screenshot the error message(s) and we can move closer to resolving.
