Facebook Feed Option page is empty of text and all gray

    Here is the link to a snapshot of the error.
    I’m running the 2.4.3 version as you suggested in the last few days but that doesn’t fix it
    I flushed the cache, doesn’t fix it

    I’m trying to set my own facebook keys to solve the error=4 problem and the empty facebook option page prevents me

    All the other feeds such as twitter, pinterest, youtube all have content on their option pages. Only facebook option page is empty of all content.

    Hey @kennetheyoung,
    This is very strange and the first time we have seen this one! Please try deactivating all other plugins momentarily and see if the problem still exists. There may possible be some code from another plugin hiding the content.

    I have this same issue, I have tried deactivating all other plugins as well as flushing the cache. I have WP version 4.9.8 and FTS version 2.4.7.

    Try upgrading your php to version 7.0 or higher if it’s not already and see if that does the trick. Usually your host provider can do this or you may have an option in your hosting control panel. Let me know how it goes.
