Facebook feed not generated properly with the new version

    Hi, I have encountered a problem with this wonderful plugin CTX feed which I am using to generate a facebook feed.

    I am currently using ver. 5.4.35 and all working perfect. But when updated to 6.5.7 the products info is generated up to the 3rd column and all the rest is empty – no price, no link to images, etc.

    I have disabled all the plugins except woo and ctx feed, changed the theme to storefront, deleted and reinstalled the plugin – the problem persists. And that problem exists on a few websites with different themes.

    Is there any solution for that? Any compatibility mode?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    If you are creating a CSV feed file, please do not change the default Delimiter and Enclosure.?Here?are the ideal settings for Delimiter and Enclosure.

    However, if this is not the issue you are trying to explain, please reach out again with the feed URL and explain the issue with a screenshot. Also, provide screenshots of your feed configuration so we can determine if the issue is related to the feed config.

    Hi there, the configruation hasn’t changed since the old version. It works fine with the old version, but the new version breaks the table. Here you can see the config, the generated table from the old version as it should be, and the one from the new as direct link to the csv itself:

    In the old version there is no “Include variation” option in the settings though.

    Any thoughts?

    The feed you provided appears to be in the correct format, and all the information is in the right columns. However, the description is expanded, which is not an issue. Here you can see the feed on our end.

    So, I would suggest you to upload the feed and I believe it won’t generate any issue.

    Wow, it looks perfect. How did you import it so that the description fits the column so nicely? I tried comma and “”, but still getting this – https://ibb.co/qjCK4R0 Mine is too scattered. Is it possible to cut the number of symbols? Last question – is it accpetable to Facebook in this scattered state?

    Keep the description as it its before changing the enclosure and delimiter. Changing those are breaking you feed. For more, you are requested to contact us from here.
