  • I’m getting the same issue. 5 out of our 6 subdomains suddenly started throwing this error after no change on our side. I updated the plugin, but the issue is still persisting.

    Hi @simo20 @afrocircuit,

Typically when we see a 100 error, it will indicate that the page ID and access token are not linked. Here are some steps to take:

Be sure you are running the latest version of Feed The Social (currently 2.8.2). Also, most important, (for Facebook) you need to have Admin Privileges for each page and be logged in at the time you are generating each shortcode. Facebook’s current API / Privacy Policy also requires that it be a public, Business Page and no longer grants access for personal or group profiles or for Event posts.

There did appear to be a FB hiccup for some folks a week or so ago. Once the above criteria is met, follow these steps:

Go to the Settings > Business Integrations tab of your Facebook account and check the Remove button for SlickRemix. Be sure to remain logged into your Facebook account. Return to your WordPress dashboard, to Feed Them > Facebook Options and click the Facebook button to generate an Access Token. Even if you receive an error message here, scroll down and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. Then proceed to the Feed Them > Settings page to generate a shortcode. Once the shortcode is applied, you may need to clear the FTS cache, and maybe even to refresh your browser.

Let me know how it goes
