Facebook feed – can’t have the security key

    Hi,

    I would to use the facebook feed widget. I insert the widget on my page and I click on the link “got credential” to have the ID and the security key. But when I enter my Token Acess and click on “Get Credentials”, I see the title “Credentials” (it looks like working) but I don’t see the informations. (See the picture).
    Can we resolve this issue or show me an another way to have the security key that works with the widhget?

    For the Facebook feed you have to retrieve the FB Access token/Secret key from your FB Developer App.

    Thanks for your message.

    I saw your video about the facebook feed to generate a token access. I followed the steps but it didn’t work. I checked another way to generate token access even the Facebook documentation but it didn’t work too. Your link couldn’t show the security key and the id.

    I tried to enter the ID that I have for my page (and after following the facebook steps), different token access and even the security key in my facebook developer account. But nothing happens.

    It seems that your link can’t show the information for the widget.

    Do you have another way to have the informations to show the facebook feed with your widget?

    Actually that’s the proper and only way to configure the EA Facebook Feed.
    It’s possible that your access token has expired. Can you please extend your access token by following this doc:?https://essential-addons.com/elementor/docs/extend-access-token-facebook/

    After following all the mentioned processes it should work If you are still facing the issues please share the entire process (screen recording) on how you are configured our widget so that we can check and assist accordingly
