Facebook Feed

I activated this plugin today. I have my Facebook Page Feed Shortcode and I am being instructed to “Copy the ShortCode below and paste it on a page or post that you want to display your feed.”

I do not know what this means. Sorry. I am not a techie. Where exactly am I supposed to paste the shortcode? This sounds like I am being told to pick a random post from my WordPress dashboard and paste the shortcode into the post somewhere. I do not understand.

I am expecting this plugin to AUTOMATICALLY feed my posts to my facebook page.
