    We’re using the Savoy theme and I’ve seen issues with this theme and Facebook for WooCommerce. I need to figure out how to solve this. Other forum posts have the opposite problem where events are not triggering. However, for us the Add to Cart event is triggering hundreds of times per hour, but the actual Add to Cart count is very low, maybe 5 to 10 per day.

    This is a graph of our event hits. The dip is when we disabled the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. However we do want to record server-side events, but need to stop overreporting the Add to Cart events.

    Thanks for getting in touch about our Facebook plugin and thanks for your patience here! I’m sorry that the Add to Cart event tracking isn’t working as expected. I’m happy to help out here ??

    There are a few things we could try here that could help us gather more information about what’s causing this issue.

    As a first step, we could make sure that the events are being triggered by your website correctly.

    Additionally, could you please go to the Test Events tab from your Facebook Event Manager, open your website in a new window and test out the Add to Cart event?

    While you’re in the Event Manager, would it possible to also check the Diagnostics tab to see if there are any issues there?

    If possible, it would be really helpful if you could send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I am having the EXACT same issue , same theme, same plugin, thousands of add to cart events being sent. See my recent post. Take the RESOLVE flag off this topic, it was NEVER resolved for anyone.
