Facebook Domain Verification Failed

    I have got the meta tag information from the facebook business manager page but when I enter the data into the meta tag plugin and try verifying the page it does not work. Facebook says that the domain verification failed.

    I already waited 72h and nothing happened, the error remains.

    Help me please.

    From what I can see, you have a valid meta tag output by MTM:

    <meta name="facebook-domain-verification" content="grzih4k5yd9w3g0jstl28loemvs6wa" />

    Can you send a screenshot of the instructions from Facebook displaying the meta tag you need to put on your site?

    Chances are if the code matches what FB is asking from you, you just need to wait longer. Otherwise, it’s possible your site is blocking FB from checking because your meta tag is valid.

    @solandson please see my first reply and provide that info in a new thread and also a URL to your site, as well as a screenshot of your MTM settings page(s). however, in most cases with people having issues the problem is usually that FB is taking long to verify.
