Facebook displays my blog username in links?

Whenever I post a link on Facebook to a blog post of mine, it always displays the following:

Title, Date, Category, username, opening of first sentence

How can I change it so it doesn’t display the first 4 things on here (particularly the username)?

As you can imagine, I’m not keen on displaying the username to my admin panel to the world.
