I connected our store to Facebook and it worked just fine. Our products are still on Facebook, but after I did some WordPress updates it wants me to connect the store again in WordPress.

But when we tried to connect it, we got this message:
A Facebook Page can only be connected to one store at a time. Realamericanflag.com by North Bay Industries is already in use by another WooCommerce store. You can remove the existing connection to use the Page for this store, or you can select a different page.

We have ads running, so we don’t want to lose anything, but want to make sure our products are synced.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey?@voodoocreative,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you over the weekend. I am happy to help out here. ??

I have seen this particular error myself as well and I’ve usually allowed Facebook to swap out the connection. However, I don’t have any ads set up with my Facebook account so I’d like to double-check to see if this could be an issue.

Are any of your ads connected to the Facebook shop products in any way?

    Thanks,
    Tamara ??

    Hi Tamara,

We went through the connection process again…or actually twice.

Our existing Pixel must have gotten removed or messed up. We always had the base code added manually in the header. But now it’s not tracking any of our events (Add to Cart, Purchase, Initiate Checkout) and the products aren’t syncing.

We currently had ads disabled but would like to run then again soon.

Under where it should be registering the pixel in WooCommerce, there is just a “–”.

    Any thoughts?

    Hey @voodoocreative,

Thanks so much for trying the reconnection! I’d like to have a closer look at your site but it seems like the Sucuri firewall you are using has blocked connections from my country so I’m not able to view the site:

Would you please temporarily enable connections from Canada so I can have a quick peek at your site?

    Thanks,
    Tamara

Sorry about that, I’ve opened it up to Canada.

    Hey @voodoocreative,

Thank you for opening that up to Canada! I was able to take a look at your site through the Pixel Helper extension and it seems like the Facebook Pixel is installed properly, but I would like to have a closer look at your site to get a better idea why it’s not showing the pixel in the settings and to ensure everything is working as it should be.

Would you please reach out to our support team through our site sharing admin access to your site along with a link to this post so I can take a closer look?

    Thanks,
    Tamara

    Hey @voodoocreative,

It has been a long time since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved.

If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our documentation for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.

    Thanks,
    Tamara ??
