    Hi,

    Our website is using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. However, it don’t sync good to Facebook.
    – When I update product on WooCommerce, it don’t update on the Facebook
    – When I delete some product on WooCommerce but it still show on Facebook and I can’t delete it on the Facebook too.

    Please help me resolve it.

    If the products in your store should be syncing but aren’t, I’d recommend trying to disconnect and re-connect the Facebook integration plugin, as?described in this doc.

    Please try this and let us know how it goes ??

    If the issue persists, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    To confirm, you mentioned you can’t delete the product on Facebook too, correct? Can you share more details on what happens? Does it just not do anything or do you get an error message when you try to delete them there?

    Can you also please share the Fatal error logs and Facebook error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs so we can take a look? Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors and Facebook errors.
