Facebook counter = zero

I just tested and is working, see:

It may happen that you put the wrong ID in the options.

Try to go to Social Count Plus > System Status and generate the report. Paste the report on pastebin.com and post the link here.

I rechecked the id, and it set right.

Cool, The 000webhost is blocking the connection, this not allowing to connect to Facebook.
Free server is complicated and limited.
I recommend you change your server. Because we do not have what to do, problem is on the server.
