Facebook counter shows two digit less

I just installed the plugin on my site and works well, except on Facebook. It shows 136 followers instead of 13808.You can see the counter here: https://yolevoyalnecaxa.com. The Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/biciclown.fb/.
