Facebook counter not working correctly

  • Hi:

    I installed AccessPress Social Counter 1.6.6. Everything is ok so far except for the Facebook icon, which only works when I clear cache.

    Any ideas ho to fix this?

    Hi there.

    Thank you for writing in.

    Have you set the cache period too? have you used any other cache plugin?
    If yes then you need to deactivate the plugin in order to disable the cache.

    Can you share us your site URL so that we can have a look on it?

    Hi:

    Used the default cache period. Just changed it to 8, I’ll be checking if it works. I’m not using any other cache plugin. Site is tocajazz.com.
