Thank you for your reply! I have installed 3 other social plugins and the Facebook count fails on all 3 of them, so I it’s unlikely that the Accesspress Social Counter is at fault.
I have contacted my hosting provider, and they cannot seem to sort things out. I understand it is beyond your scope of duty to give support to issues outside of the plugin itself, however, given that this is a recurring problem, perhaps you could point me in the right direction for future reference.
Would you mind elaborating on how I might be able to modify the Facebook API limit in my domain?
By the way, a technician on my hosting provider emailed me saying they are getting this error from the plugin (although I think it’s probably unrelated to the Facebook issue):
