Facebook count not working

    Hello,

    I love the plugin but unfortunately, the facebook share count is not working for me. I’ve tested this on various Facebook accounts and it’s not picking up the shares for some reason. Please help. Thank you,

    The update did it for me. Thanks a lot, Mihai! I hope it doesn’t break again.

    @iovamihai, by the way, the Twitter counter doesn’t work for me from day one, after the plugin switched to the new provider of twitter shares.

    On the main screen, it says that I joined their counter 292 days ago, but it doesn’t show any stats, or any information really. Just my associated twitter account and that’s it.

    Any ideas on how that can be fixed, and why it doesn’t show any stats? Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Hey @lucasw89,

    I’m happy to hear Facebook share counts are working properly now.

    For TwitCount it’s a bit hard to say what the issue might be. One thing I’d suggest is to set the “Website” field from TwitCount -> Account & Settings to just the domain of your website and with everything lowercase.

    For example, in your case it would be just “pianodreamers.com” (without the quotes).

    If this doesn’t help, I’d recommend contacting TwitCount directly and asking why your website isn’t being tracked properly.
