Facebook Conversions only reporting Stripe not PayPal

  • Hey there!

    I accept Stripe and Paypal in my shop but my conversion numbers in Facebook are low and I think they are only the Stripe payments (could be coincidence but the reported number in Facebook matches the Stripe income for the past 2 days) I have autoreturn set to on in my Paypal account with utm_nooveride=1 but my conversion numbers still don’t seem to reflect the Paypal sales. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi,

    please, check with Pixel Helper Extension that the Purchase event is fired properly after you have paid with PayPal and the value inside the event has the right value.

    Also, the event should be fired only when you go to the Thank You page.
