    Hi @ptptpt,

what version of the Facebook for WooCommerce are you using? I’m asking because this specific error is supposed to be fixed in the latest version of the plugin.

Did you have the plugin installed and working on this same site before?

    Thanks!

Hello, I used two versions, but the topic is about version 2.0.3. I will add that I also tried version 2.6.10 for a change and nothing. With version 2.6.10 nothing is happening, only logging in to FB writes that the products have been successfully added to the catalog and finally no product is added to the catalog and the plug displays continue, proceed to configuration.

Okay, got it! We haven’t seen that error message lately.

Please remove the current installation completely by following the instruction below and install again the latest version.

It looks like the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly.

Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:

    • Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
    • Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
    • Go to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
    • Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
    • Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

Let us know how that goes!
