    Upon clicking “Get Started” and logging into my Facebook account, I encountered an issue at the “Confirm settings” stage when attempting to connect WooCommerce Integration to a specific page. After selecting the desired page and clicking “Next,” I received the following error message:

    “Something went wrong. This could be due to a technical error that we are actively addressing. Please consider refreshing this page and trying again.”

    The error message you’re seeing typically indicates a temporary issue with the integration process. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

    1. As the error message suggests, please try refreshing the page and attempting the process again.
    2. In case you’ve tried that, and still had the issue, kindly clear your browser cache and connect again.
    3. You may also try with another browser to see if it helps.
    4. From your Facebook account/page, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions. You should be an admin on the page for the integration to work properly.
    5. Ensure that all plugins are up-to-date.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
