Facebook Comments (Disable and Moderate)

Hello,

I am currently using the Facebook Comments plugin. I would like to disable the plug in on a few pages, like my Home page, Contact page and one or two more. I was wondering if there was a way to do this. I have tried, but not found anything yet.

Also, I have not been able to access a moderator section on Facebook. Do I have to verify my account before becoming a moderator? If so, is there a way to do it without a credit card?
