Facebook Comments – Counts

With the default WP Comment system, it says “Leave a reply…” if there are zero comments. After comments are made, that changes to the number of replies.
With the Facebook Comments, activating it inserted the comments at the end of the blogpost, with the Comments count located there as well. Is there a way to insert the comment count status above the post in addition to the comments at the end of the post? I liked that feature about the WP Comment system.
