    Do you need access to Facebook or the WordPress site, or both?
    This is a client of mine and I am not sure they will be comfortable with sharing that info.

    If there is any insight you can share or settings for us to check first, that would be great.

    It appears to me to be a setting in Facebook, as ‘hhcyankton’ only shows one post on your demo here.

    Hey @doylegirl,

    We never request access to Facebook accounts. Generally, the system info is enough to determine how to resolve the issue. The system info can be found under WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Support > System Info. You would just include this information in your ticket created on our site. We just wanted to make it clear not to post the system info here on the forums.
