    I have indeed but I’m not planning to buy additional support as the plugin is not working. I’ve followed all steps, yet it does not show the tickmark. The Facebook app has all the required permissions.

    Hello,

    I have a solid theme that has been coded properly so that doesn’t make sense, I believe this problem has occurred earlier, you guys changed something in the code back then.

    I don’t understand why this hasn’t been added in an update…

    It’s IMO absolutely mad that I need to buy an additional support package because your plugin is not compatible.
