Facebook chat plugin not showing up

When I first installed the facebook chat plugin it worked smoothly, but now something changed, and it no longer shows up at all?

I’ve tried everything in the FAQ guide, but I can’t get the chat feature to appear on my website at all. My home page is published and has no age restrictions. I’m logged into the corresponding Facebook page. My Facebook page does have an age or location restriction.

I checked whether the code has been correctly deployed into the site’s source markup, by viewing the source and search for a div tag with the class attribute fb-customerchat. The code is present, but the plugin still does not appear.

I checked my CSS but there is nothing in there that would block the chat.

Can you please help me get the chat bot working? Thank you!
