Facebook Chat Plugin not displaying

    I have recently added the plugin to this page, but unfortunately the plugin is not displaying correctly. After going through the troubleshoot points, my only thought is that a stylesheet might interfere with the plugins stylesheet. I have removed all the stylesheets from the page via the chrome inspector and I saw no change. I can see sometimes the bubble pop up on the bottom right of the screen, but just for a second on both desktop and mobile. Upon adding an !important tag to the iframes ‘position:fixed’ the bubble shows up, but its displayed on the top left corner of the page.

    Any ideas how could I fix this?

  • I have a similar problem on two sites. Williambronson.com and medicareleadsusa.com. However, nothing shows up at all.
    I did notice that when I go to the plugin settings and select the page to link to, it doesn’t seem to save that selection. Maybe that’s just how it looks.
    I also made sure to list the www and non-www as well as http and https versions of my website. Nothing.
    I made sure the site was open to everyone and not age restricted. And followed all the troubleshooting tips, emptied cache etc.
    Nothing.
    I don’t think this plugin works.

    @bizpower thank you for your input. Way too many people have issues with this plugin to consider it a finished product that’s for sure. I’ll look into it a little bit more in the upcoming days and in case I find a suitable solution, I’ll let you know about it.

    I’m going to just delete the plugin and insert the footer code manually. I’ll let you know how that works out.
