Facebook chat plugin nad other problems

Hi!
It really is a nice plugin and I’m thinking to order the premium version but before ordering I have some questions.

1) Is it possible to use facebook chat plugin? The one which opens on the website like a native chat instead of taking visitors to the messenger page.
It’s ok that on mobile when we click the messenger button it opens the app but on desktop, it’s better to keep visitors on the website.

2) When we open the website the first time and click the chaty button the first time, clicking once to open one of the options, it doesn’t work. After the second click, it works.

3) When we open the tawk.to chat, the chaty button is still active underneath it and it’s a visible under the window. It would be better to hide it when we use native chat options as tawk.to.

4) Continuing from the above problem because that chaty popup is still open underneath the tawk.to chat window, when we close the tawk.to chat, chaty popup is still open. I think it would be better if was already closed. That way we don’t need to click again to close the chaty popup.
