• Hi, the plugin works fine but I just have an error:

The facebook plugin imports the products of my store but in another currency. The currency of the store is US dollars, but in the facebook store it appears in Colombian pesos. How can it be solved?

    Hi,
What plugin are you using to generate the Facebook feed?
Do the prices of the feed correct?

    Facebook for WooCommerce v2.3.0.

The currency of the store is US dollars. In fact, I have another store with the same plugins (Facebook and price based in country), but this one does have the catalog in US dollars. I don’t know if it’s a plugin configuration or something else.

    Hi,
    Try the following:

Edit Facebook feed in FACEBOOK Catalogue manager > Catalogue > Data sources > pick your data-feed > Settings > then at Replace schedule click on … edit and modify URL by adding &wcpbc-manual-country=US

    like:
    example.com/?wc-api=wc_facebook_get_feed_data&wcpbc-manual-country=US&secret=xxx

Replace US with the country code included in a pricing zone with USD or a country that is not in any pricing zone to force the shop base currency.

If you use Cloudflare, make sure this feed is not cached by creating rules for this URL.
