    Hello,

Please, I need help with Facebook CAPI
I have WooCommerce store and I work with cash on delivery.
I use PixelYourSite to track events on my website (Pixel and Conversion API).

My question is about manually add orders to WooCommerce.
I run Facebook website sales ads, but also I run Facebook Messenger ads and I get orders from messages and phone. So I add them Manually to WooCommerce (about 100 order/day).

When I activated Conversion API on PixelYourSite, I noticed that Facebook detected the manually added orders and begin to view Purchase events attributed to my Messenger ads campagnes.

My question is : will Facebook consider that one person (me) added all the manual orders (because i add all the orders from the same computer and same IP address), or will it detect the different phone numbers and emails and other costumer information and attribute every order to the corresponding Facebook users that seen the ads.

Those orders will not be attributed to you. Meta will use the client personal data like their email, phone, first name, or last name to do the matching. So, at least in theory, those conversions represents clients that actually saw or click on the ads.

    Thank you for your reply.
I’m running 7 messenger ads campaigns.
But I noticed that about 60% of the purchase events were attributed to one specific campaign, which is not correct!
I think this happens because Facebook attributed them to my IP address.
(Of course, this only happen when I activate the CAPI.)

    Please I need your help
is it possible to hide or exclude my IP (not static) from the CAPI
or to hide all the manually added orders
or do you have any other solution or code manipulation

(I tried the “Ignore user roles” setting in PixelYourSite, but it’s not working.)

    Thank you..

The option we are discussing here is part of the paid product. We are not allow to offer support for the paid plugin on this forum.

You should contact us on the site directly.

That being said, you can disable the advanced purhcase tracking option on the plugin’s WooCommerce page to turn OFF that particular type of tracking.
