Facebook authentification

    Hi,

    I have sent my client an ‘access request’ for their page, from my business facebook account, they are saying they never receive it!!

    Is there a way I can instruct them to give me the Authentification details?

    So I can’t request access from my business facebook account? I have use my personal facebook account?

    Hey @wood1e,

    You would need to request access from your personal account. The page roles on Facebook are linked to personal accounts, not business pages.
