Facebook appends https://mysite.com/redirectlink?fbclid=UfjeI0 causes 404 error

Is this a fixable problem? If a website appends ?whatever=123ljsdf, it’ll break the redirect with a 404.
This is a major issue and we’d need to address asap.
Here are others experiencing the same issue:
