    Hi,

    That message means, your website should have a valid SSL certificate enabled in order to use Facebook login.

    is it mean the website that don’t have a valid SSL certificate (just http)
    can not use Facebook login ? because I can use twitter login without SSL certificate.

    Yes, according to policies of Facebook. If you want to use their services, you need to agree to their terms.
