Facebook and Tumblr posts not working

I’ve paid for the premium plug in. All social media sites are being updated and working, except for Facebook and Tumblr. I’m wondering if this is something to do with the Pro Add-on?
Under “Settings” and “Social Network Accounts” and after authorising the Facebook account, it still has the “Authorise this Facebook account” link visible.
Similarly for Tumblr, after clicking on the “Refresh authorisation now (2 steps required)”, and after clicking it the required number of times, it still won’t post. (See copied messages below). Please help me resolve this asap, otherwise I might request a refund for the Pro-Add on. Thanks
