Facebook and publicize
-
so i am using publicize and sharing from jetpack to share my posts via facebook so what i can see from the inspect element panel is that all the og tags from publicize are working and its taking the exact right links for the image and url but when i publish it to facebook or try the url debugger the debugger gives me this warning
og:image was not defined, could not be downloaded or was not big enough. Please define a chosen image using the og:image metatag, and use an image that’s at least 200x200px and is accessible from Facebook. Image ‘https://i0.wp.com/greenarea.me/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/honey.jpg?fit=818%2C551’ will be used instead. Consult https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/crawler for more troubleshooting tips.
although it says small but when i go to the og image link given by publicize(from inspect element) it shows a really big image. so if i scroll down a bit on the debugger i find this warning too
fb:app_id hasn’t been included in the meta tags. Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog. Otherwise, the default app id( 966242223397117 ) will be assigned.
yes i didnt add a fb:app_id so if it is important to add it plz tell me how
This is a link to see what im facing with the debugger https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object?q=http%3A%2F%2Fgreenarea.me%2Far%2F105704%2F%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D8%25B3%25D9%2584%25D8%25A7%25D8%25AD%25D9%2581-%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D9%2585%25D8%25B4%25D9%2588%25D9%258A%25D8%25A9-%25D8%25B7%25D8%25A8%25D9%2582-%25D8%25B9%25D9%2585%25D8%25B1%25D9%2587-%25D8%25A3%25D9%2583%25D8%25AB%25D8%25B1-%25D9%2585%25D9%2586-400-%25D8%25A3%25D9%2584%25D9%2581-%25D8%25B3%2F
