• Why does my facebook account gets locked out whenever Woocommerce products are synced with Facebook Page (Shop page)? This has happened 3 times already within a week. Whenever the product sync completes, I get get a message on my facebook account that Suspicious activity is observed on your account and you need to upload your photo for review.

    Is there a bug in this plugin? I have downloaded the latest version (1.9.12) of this plugin from Woocommerce.com website and installed it, after installation, the version is shown as 1.9.10, and I get warning to update it to version 1.9.12. Even if I update, the plugin shows successfully updated but doesn’t get updated to version 1.9.12. I am not sure if this is the cause for my facebook account lockout.

    Please let me know if there is any solution to this problem.

    Yesterday, I was able to install the plugin (v 1.9.13) via plugins page, after that, I was hoping my account lockout issue will be resolved. Today when my account came out of lockout I went on to reconnect my Woocommerce to Facebook and update my API key, as soon as I log in my Facebook account gets locked out again.

    What is the Security issue you have fixed in 1.9.13? Is it been tested?

    Today, I updated to version 1.9.14. but the plugin was not updated automatically, I had to deactivate and delete the existing version 1.9.13. When my account came out of lockout I went on to reconnect my Woocommerce to Facebook and update my API key, after some time my Facebook account gets locked out again.

    Why is this happening? Will there be any solution to this by Facebook?
