Facebook Access Token

In the widget settigns there is a button Get access token

I clicked on the button and received this error.

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.

Make sure you added correct app id and secret. Also check you configured the url in the app settings to match your website domain.

I double checked the app id, secret and facebook page id.

No luck. Still the same error

What about the url in your app settings?

a common problem is using the wrong fb page id.
notice the page id can be just the name you see in the url.

e.g.
https://www.facebook.com/WordCampEurope/events

the fb page id is: WordCampEurope.

make sure the page id is correct. app id & secret correct.
and that the url in fb app settings is correctly set to your wordpress website.
