F8 Lite – problem with the Header

Hi,
I am using a f8 light theme, and have some questions. I just downloaded goggle font plug-in, and changed my font in my wp page. The problem is that it doesnt change in my header or front page (dont really know what it is called..), but when I click on anything else in my meny, it shows. Anybody know why this is? I also wonder if I change to another theme, and it turns out Im not happy with it, can I change back, and everything will look like before (menu, plugins etc.)?
