[EZPZ One click backup] Hangs when I try to back up/no backup

  • It fails to back up on scheduled backups and if I try to do a manual back up (https://xxxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ezpz_ocb&sp=backup) I get a blank page. If I go back to try again, all the One Click options are greyed out. It displays the entry page to my site twice, one image of which is overwritten by itself. This page is a function of WP-Door plugin. Is it interfering in some way?

    On once attempt, I tried Background backup but it said a manual backup is in progress. However, I can see nothing in the ftp directory: EZPZ_site_backup_for_xxxx

    It seems to be backing up but daily back-ups are every other day and it now displays the entry page to my site but one image of which is overwritten by itself.

    It’s been a week since my original post. Can anyone help?
