    Hello @rom1our,

    The optimization plugin that you are using is minifying all the JS codes and that is causing conflicts with FluentForms. You have to exclude the FluentForms JS files from minification. You can contact with the leap plugin regarding this issue and exclude FluentForms assets from being minified.

    Hello,
    I found and excluded
    public/js/form-submission.js
    public/libs/jquery.mask.min.js
    public/js/fluentform-advanced.js
    but the conditional fields still don’t open.

    What am I missing? Please see this test page
