Ez form calculator not compatible with WP 4.5

The plugin stopped working when I installen WordPress 4.5. The form doesn’t show the price anymore and when I click ‘submit’ it only refreshes the page and doesn’t submit the form.
Any idea when the plugin will be compatible with 4.5?
