Minify needs shortcode to allow user choice where it goes

Just trying out the manual mode of minify and W3TC allows you to pick where to place the minified files (ie, “Embed in <head>”, “Embed in <body>”, “Embed before </body>”).
Ideally, if W3TC had a special comment variable (or shortcode) e.g. “<!–W3TC JS Minify –>” and “<!–W3TC CSS Minify –>” that one can place in their source so when the minification happens on js/css files it can locate the designated area (whereever that may be in the source and place these minified files there. It would help reduce conflicts.
