extremly slon on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

On my Ubuntu 12.04 web server this plug-in extremely slow down Apache2. WP-admin, admin-ajax.php load time: without it 400-700ms , with it 5-10 seconds!!!
But on my old web server @ SuunOS 5.10 it’s working without delay!
It was tested on WP 3.5.2, 3.6.1, 3.7 and 3.8
