This is great. I had a careful look at and tested the competition. Shortpixel came out on top for a number of reasons.

I weighted the test results towards its effective optimization and quality support, where they performed very well, achieving the rare combination of great optimization, yet the images look great.

Anybody can optimize a single image in photoshop using the appearance to set the optimization level. The algorithm Shortpixel uses is intelligent. It successfully does its job across a wide range of images.

The pdf optimization is also an excellent tool.

To top it of, Shortpixel offered us a generous block of credits for free, as the site is for a charity.
