• I’ve tried to submit a contact form through the imagely site and when I hit the submit button I get a short period of the spinning circle and then….absolutely nothing. The page doesn’t shift, there is no notification if the message sent or not, there are no errors popped up…it just doestn’t do anything and I have no idea if my message is being sent….there’s also no email address anywhere to be found to attempt to attain help that way. I just paid for a lifetime plugin, am having problems with *extremely* slow uploads, and I can’t even tell if my request for help is being sent…….I really don’t’ want to have to start over but if my photos won’t upload and I can’t get help I will have to try to get a refund. At any rate……….that out…. the problem I’m having is extremely slow uploads, either using the lightroom plugin or trying to upload jpeg files directly through the nextgen gallery plugin on wordpress. I am trying to upload about 2000 photos…..started trying to upload tuesday night with lightroom running overnight while I slept….only a few hundred photos uploaded…..all day yesterday I made sure everything was up to date (newest versions of wordpress, imagely plugins, and lightroom), messing with GPU settings in lightroom, restarting lightroom, rebooting my computer, using the direct uploader for nextgen gallery on wordpress, and no matter what I do, I cannot get these photos uploaded with any reasonable amount of speed….my internet send speed is averaging 9-16 mbps. I ran the lightroom publishing service again overnight last night and I still have less than 1000 photos uploaded….please please help….I cannot work with something this slow and not being able to get timely help!

    Hi @csbeckart

If you have a membership, you can log in to imagely.com/account and open a ticket from there from My Account > Support.

There is also the public form from https://www.imagely.com/support/ for cases like this.

In the meantime, Please go to Tools > Site Health > Into Tab (at the top), then click Copy Site Info to Clipboard. Paste the info in your message to support. Also you can check the following values from that info (This is all part of the basic plugin and its minimum requirements, you can see them here.):

    memory_limit: 250M (250MB minimum required)
time_limit: 120 (at least 300, might need more depending on your load)
max_input_time: (-1 or at least 300 but might need more)
upload_max_filesize: 48M (this defined the size for a single file, adjust to the size of your biggest single file)
post_max_size: 512M (defines the total maximum batch upload)

If you need to increase any of these values, you can reach out to your hosting company and ask them to make the adjustments.

Your hosting company can also check the server logs and see why the server might be stalling if it is lack of execution time, lack of memory, etc.

    Please keep me posted.

I have a paid lifetime pro membership. Opening a ticket from my account simply takes me to the support page (literally that link) to submit a form….and, as I stated in my original post here, that form would not send. I posted here because that form will not send.

Looking at the site info, the only thing that does not currently meet or exceed the standards you listed is that the “post_max_size:” is currently 128M….I will have to check on that.

    Hi @csbeckart ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
