• I do not know who is writing about the “Great Support” which is why I purchased this plugin but it has been the absolute WORST support.
    I sent several emails about several things however as soon as I purchased the premium versions (ALL 3 services) all I got was crickets.
    I even chatted with a live agent who said they were going to escalate the issue and still CRICKETS.
    I bought the plugin 7 days ago, it messed something up in my woocommerce, which is irreversible.
    I also asked for a refund and 2 days ago and again today and CRICKETS.
    I am supposed to get a refund up to 14 days post-purchase however I have not heard anything from their support.
