    Hi @merlinm034, appreciate you taking the time to leave a review even though it was a negative one.

    I’ll remind you that our support hours are not covering the weekend and you should not expect a fast response during that time. Regular hours are Mon->Fri 9am to 5pm AEST and you should expect 24-48 hour turn around on support tickets. We often beat that time significantly though and occasionally reply outside of those hours too.

    From what I can see, Fauzan has been replying to your support request, we’re doing our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
